St. Jerome School of Theology, Amesi exists to equip the lay faithful and those discerning or living the call to consecrated life with the knowledge, virtues, and pastoral competence necessary to live out their vocation and participate effectively in the Church's mission.
Inspired by the vision of His Eminence, Peter Ebere Cardinal Okpaleke, Bishop of Ekwulobia Diocese, and in response to the Church's call to synodality, the school fosters deeper faith, authentic communion, and collaborative participation among all the baptized. Its formation programme strengthens the spirit of co-responsibility between the clergy, consecrated persons, and the lay faithful, enabling them to advance the one mission of Christ and His Church together.

The school runs on Saturdays and is non-residential, offering three routes suited to different callings and levels of commitment.
